Now Accepting New Member Applications
Upon receipt of a complete application, including letters of Sponsorship and Endorsement, the Membership Committee of the WSA will review your application and present a slate to the membership. The entire membership will then vote for approval of each proposed member at the Business meeting of the Association at the Annual Meeting in November 2013. Notification of the election will come from the Secretary's office in December 2013.
2013 Abstract submission IS NOW OPEN with a sumbission deadline of june 1, 2013
In addition to paper presentations, you will also have the option of submit a 3-5 minute quick shot presentation. Please note, Quick shots will not be published in JACS.
We will select abstracts for presentation no later than July 15, 2013

After the meeting you will submit your manuscript to JACS. Website for submission to JACS is http://ees.elsevier.com/jacs When you pick the "type of article" you should choose "Western Surgical Association". This way JACS knows they are from the WSA 2012 meeting.
